 During this 2 hour Workshop we will explore main pillars of Ayurvedic teachings.

You will learn how to indetify your mind-body personality (dosha) and make nourishing life-style choices to balance your unique mind-body constitution.

Through an in-depth questionnaire and analysis, you’ll discover your own dosha type. You will gain a greater understanding of the main stress responses that are unique to your mind-body personality and discover the ways it affects your physiology.

This course will also explore main concepts of Ayurveda such as multi-dimensional (think- mind-body-spirit) nature of Human Beings and it's medical implications.

We will  briefly touch on importance of meditation practice, yogic phylosogy of health, agni and rasa as main dual mechanism available to Humans to creatively interact with enviroment.

Introduction to Ayurveda Workshop is inspired by teachings of Dr. Deepak Chopra and Dr. David Siimon and follows the main direction of Chopra Center Ayurvedic Lifestyle Program "The Perfect Health" but is original to Agni Yoga Studio.

 This course is not designed to revolutionise your understanding of health and wellness but rather to allow a new point of view and maybe add seeds of foregone common sense into one's daily routine.
